What time are you open?

We are open to serve you Monday - Friday from 10am-6pm CST time.

Why do I have to apply to work with you?
Our application process is a useful tool for both our company and for our clients. This allows us to provide a more personalized and effective working relationship. Here are a few reasons we require an application process:

  1. To ensure a good fit: Some companies may have specific requirements or expectations for their clients, such as a certain level of experience or a certain budget. By requiring an application process, the company can ensure that potential clients meet these requirements and are a good fit for the services being offered.

  2. To manage capacity: Depending on the size of the company and the resources available, there may be a limit to the number of clients they can work with at any given time. By requiring an application process, the company can carefully manage their capacity and ensure that they're able to provide the highest level of service to each client.

  3. To gather information: The application process can also be a valuable opportunity for the company to gather information about potential clients, including their needs, goals, and challenges. This information can be used to tailor the services provided and ensure that the client's needs are met as effectively as possible.

Who will I speak with during my alignment call?​

At our company, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of customer service and expertise. While our designers and Chief Strategist are incredibly talented and knowledgeable in their respective fields, they do not handle alignment calls. Instead, we have a dedicated team of alignment specialists who are trained to work with clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with their goals and objectives. These alignment specialists have a deep understanding of our clients' needs and are able to provide customized recommendations and solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes. We believe that this specialized approach allows us to deliver exceptional results and ensures that our clients receive the best possible service and support throughout their engagement with us.

How does the design process work?

After you've booked your discovery call, paid your deposit and submitted your signed agreement, you will receive an email from our company on your next steps. 

​

All of your content must be completed & emailed over by the deadline date.

​

Next, our team will begin your design work and send over to you for review. You  will send a list of revisions and any feedback. Once all of the designs have been approved and finalized we will send over files.

​After your website design service has been completed, we will begin the Website transfer process with you.

​

How can I book a call?

We take all calls for existing and potential clients on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1pm - 4pm CST. In order to book this call, please click here

I have a question before booking a service. How can I chat with someone?

Click here to book a consultation if you have any questions/concerns before working with us. We only accept consultation calls on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1pm -4pm CST. There will be no exceptions.

What logo files will I receive in my package?

We provide EPS, PDF, PNG, & JPG files only. 6tysix Media does not provide editable files for logo designs under any circumstances.

How can I speak with the designer regarding my project?

Our design team does not take any calls. We have a group of trained experts to help assist you in any questions or concerns you may have during your design process.

How many revisions does my project receive?

All design services are permitted to one free round of revisions. After the first round, additional fees may apply & differ based on the service.

​

How long is the web design process?

Our website design process can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. This also may differ based on our open availability. 

​

What website platform do you use?

Unless otherwise specified our design team uses Wix. We also will design on Squarespace, Shopify and Wordpress if requested. We do not use any other platforms not listed here.
